  1.      All orders must be paid for before we can process any   order. Once payment has been received, a confirmation email we be sent at the email address you provide.

  2.       You guarantee that the payment card used is your own and there are sufficient funds to cover your order. We cannot accept cash on delivery for any order.

  3.       Prices are all displayed clearly on the website. You may be required to pay for delivery in addition to the price of the item. Items with free delivery will be clearly displayed.

  4.       We deliver throughout the UK, however it may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If you have any doubt please contact us before placing your order.

  5.        We endeavour to ensure that our prices are correct and displayed clearly, we are aware that mistakes can happen. In the event of a mistake on our website we will inform you immediately to confirm whether you wish to cancel the order or continue with your purchase. We will make three attempts to contact you and will cancel the order if we are unable to make contact with you.

  6.         We endeavour to describe our products accurately however we reserve the right to change size, colour, materials, accessories etc without notice

  7.         Images of our products are for display on our website only and the actual item may vary. Colours may vary from the image displayed unless actual colours are mentioned.

  8.         Product dimensions are as accurate as possible however natural materials can have a small variance of size.

  9.         We pride ourselves on selling high quality products however all items are sold on the understanding that all products will be inspected on delivery and any problems should be notified to us by email.

  10. We recommend supervision of any pet using our products, in particular items containing soft cotton rope, sisal twine and other man made materials.

 

Right to cancel

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a no quibble money back guarantee on return of the order/item. We will not take returns back after one month has passed. This coincides with your legal rights under your consumer rights which allows you to cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days from the date you receive your order.

You will not be able to cancel your order if your goods have been specially made for you, or are perishable. Please contact us if you are unsure whether you can cancel your order.

Any items returned must be unopened/unused and in the original packaging. Please retain proof of posting as no refund will be issued without this.

Refunds will only be able to made to the card or payment method used for the order.

Your statutory rights are not affected

Your Account

You must be responsible for your account and keep your account details accurate. If your password is compromised it is your responsibility to change it.

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel all or part of your order for any of the following:

  • We have insufficient stock to fufill your order

  • Any of your items are listed incorrectly, in particular an error in pricing.

  • If we do not deliver in your area

We will contact you in writing if we need to cancel your order for any reason and will re-credit your account to the payment method provided as soon as possible.

We will not be obliged to offer any compensation for any inconvenience or disappointment as a result of cancelling all or part of an order

 

Delivery

We will deliver your order to the address you supplied at the time of ordering and delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted.

Order times will vary as some items are made to order whilst others are pre-made however we will endeavour to dispatch to you within 5 working days.

Any delay to dispatching your order and we will notify you asap

Liability

If for any reason the items we deliver are not what you are expecting or are defective or damaged in any way, we shall have no liability to you unless you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

We will contact you once we have dispatched your order and if you do not receive the order we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us within 7 days of receiving dispatch information.

If you notify us of a problem with the required timeframe of a missing or defective order we will:

  • Make good of any missing order or shortage of items

  • To replace any items that arrive defective or refund the value of the item back to your payment method

 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is aimed to limit any consumer rights or statutory rights you have as a consumer

Whole Agreement

The Terms and Conditions along with the Privacy Policy, current website and other selling platform prices set out our agreement regarding the sale of goods by us to you. We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, terms and conditions, other selling platforms and our website at any time and without notice.
